Due to guest allergy concerns we are not able to welcome cats of any breed, at any of the homes.

We would love to host all your friends and family! Just not all in one house.
We are located in a rural setting which means our water supply is a filtered and UV treated well, and we have a septic system.
Any more than our stated limit of guests per house could cause a major strain on the systems.

What we can do is coordinate a multi-house booking so your whole crew can hang out and retreat to their own lodgings for showers and down time to lighten the impact on a single system.

The short answer is no. We are located in a quiet oceanfront community and first and foremost, we want to be good neighbours.

We are currently working on capsule packages and corporate retreats, which would allow smaller events, curated with everything from the catering, to flowers, to experiencial sessions. These capsule events would be tied to full property takeovers.

We do offer extended stays of one to seven months in off-peak seasons.

We have rented to traveling nurses and doctors, lobster fishermen, relocating families and contract workers, all ranging from one month to the entire winter and spring seasons.

We offer competitive inclusive monthly rates, including all utilities, internet and linens.

A monthly cleaning service is required for the duration of the stay, paid directly to our cleaning crew.
